FORMER DISNEY APPRENTICE SHARES INDUSTRY EXPERIENCE
Tuesday, April 17, 6:30pm
Wednesday, April 18, 10:30am
Emily White recently finished an internship with Creative Inc, a Disney Destinations Marketing based department charged to facilitate creative process and champion a creative work environment.
Emily will lead eye opening dialogues and engage thought provoking discussions on the creative process and her experiences working with Disney.
She's currently working on her thesis around the role of introversion in creativity education to finish her Master's degree at the International Center for Studies in Creativity at Buffalo State College.
As a student of creativity Emily has also researched creativity in the physical environment examining what a purpose designed facility might be like for a center of creativity and creative studies, or ultimately the perfect non-domain specific creative space. She hopes to one day own and operate such a space.
She loves teaching, learning, and creating conversations that change the world.

WEDDINGS AND PHOTOJOURNALISM:
FROM THERE TO HERE HOW TO TELL STORIES WITH PHOTOGRAPHS
January 24 and January 25, 2012 Alan Weiner will showcase his work from his 15 years as a contract photographer for The New York Times, as well as his simultaneous career as a wedding photojournalist.
Alan came to understand the rhythm of emotion and revelation – knowing where to be when, an invisible observer, there to tell the story of life on that day.
