You, the designer will be challenged to not only know where to contact for build-to-suit furnishing, but to negotiate custom-build fixtures. And, you'll need to call on your organization and budget control training. This project will also demand calendar progress reporting all wrapped around a master contract. You're not expected to be an architect or engineer. But, you must have strong foundation know-how as you communicate with the design and build team. At Living Arts College you'll gain direct skillsets in CAD—Computer Aided Design at more than the beginner level.
